Event Information

Northwest Community Health Center knows how important it is for you to have quick access to your health information. Thanks to advanced technology, you can even access your test results at the same time as they are available to your health care team.

The Northwest CHC has a patient portal that allows you to view your upcoming appointments, medical records, labs, referrals and even request refills. Recently, we have provided access to your lab tests by directly accessing the LapCorp patient portal as well. Take a peek at the links below to learn how you can have the access you want and need to your healthcare at your fingertips.
